The seismic shift the UK’s energy grid is experiencing in our transition to a decarbonised future has highlighted the challenges and opportunities for shaping the energy workforce of tomorrow. It’s predicted that over 400,000 recruits are needed between now and 2050 to achieve the UK’s net zero goals. These new recruits will need a diverse array of skillsets and experiences, whilst also being representative of a culturally inclusive UK.
